Marion Bartoli of
France has won her maiden Grand Slam title, by clinching the prestigious
Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Germany's 23rd seed Sabine Lisicki, who had
stunned top players like World Number One Serena Williams, Agnieszka Radwanska
of Poland and Samatha Stosur in the tournament, failed to match the experience
and brilliance of Bartoli and lost in straight sets, 1-6, 4-6.
